Players gather and are timed on the length of speech they can dedicate to a particular topic without stuttering, pausing, or saying ummm or like.
If there are several players, there can be several rounds.
A qualifying round lasts 30 seconds for each player. They must sutain their rant for this length of time to be allowed entry into the next.
Qualifying rounds may stop after the first round, or continue until the group is a manageable size for a final.
Final rounds do not have a time cap. Each player is given their topic and must speak on that subject for as long as possible. The contestant with the longest speak wins.
